Chairman's Letter

For more than 40 years, I have made it my life’s work to seek out the most picturesque parcels of land in the world; places of rare natural beauty, where lives can be transformed, enriched and limitless in possibility. I have truly loved and lived the beauty of Hawai’i for decades, experiencing its magic firsthand, transfixed by its wonder. Upon laying eyes on this breathtaking land along the western shore, I saw a fresh canvas on which to paint the memories of a lifetime; a backdrop on which legacies could be drawn.

Pali Kai offers a select few an entirely new, organic living experience, a rare freedom to set the course for your life, a chance to live amidst the most perfect climate conditions in the world. It’s a place for those seeking a mindful connection with nature and a never-before-seen level of privacy, space and serenity—rare commodities in the modern world. At Pali Kai, one can enjoy total relaxation, doing as much or as little as one pleases, in a place where indoor and outdoor living are one and the same. Where life is pure and more remarkable in every way, revolving around unforgettable experiences, adventures and exploration.

The greatest joy and meaning I find in my work is seeing what my projects bring to the lives of the people who buy there; to their children, grandchildren and friends. The vision for Pali Kai is a very personal one for me. It is where I plan to build a beautiful hale, the Hawaiian word for home. Here together, we will preserve, honor and relish in the ethereal beauty of Hawai’i and create a life inspired by our surroundings.

A life that will be celebrated for many generations to come.
